Good-sized and updated rooms with 1 queen bed & sofa and bathroom and ironing board, enjoyed it. The hotel's location was magnificent, near the beach and restaurants as well as really good restaurants. Furthermore, on Maine's southern shores.

The location of this hotel just off all the beaches and restaurants, both Wells, and the coast was lovely and good. I asked for queen room and it was immaculate with 1 queen bed & sofa. The staff were all extremely friendly and excellent, which was unquestionably a plus.
